To guarantee availability for your desired date and time, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak seasons and weekends. However, we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever we can.

Anchoring Methods:
- For inflatables set up on grass, we utilize long steel stakes for secure anchoring.
- For inflatables set up on other surfaces or indoors, we employ sandbags to anchor the structures safely in place.

Our inflatables are designed to accommodate various age groups and skill levels. We provide recommendations for the recommended age range and capacity for each inflatable to help you choose the right option for your event.
For most standard-sized Bounce Houses and Combos, we recommend a maximum capacity of approximately 6-8 five-year-olds. Larger bounce houses can accommodate a few more children, but it’s essential to prioritize safety and consider the age and size of the riders.
The ideal number of riders may vary based on factors such as the size of the inflatable and the level of activity. It’s crucial to monitor how the children interact and play together, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved. For safety reasons, we advise grouping similarly-sized riders to jump together.
Please note that our standard bounce houses and units labeled with “Kid” are designed specifically for children and are not suitable for adults. However, our interactive slides and larger obstacle courses offer exciting entertainment for teens and adults alike.

In addition to our inflatables, we offer a range of additional services and equipment rentals to enhance your event experience, including concessions, tables and chairs, tents, generators, and entertainment options.
We provide instructions for keeping the inflatables clean and safe throughout your rental period. This includes guidelines for usage, cleaning supplies needed, and any specific maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
Each inflatable ride requires access to a standard 20Amp 110v outlet located within 75 feet of each inflation blower. Please refer to the specifications on each unit’s page to determine the number of inflation blowers required. It’s essential to note that the blowers must run continuously during operation and perform optimally when they are the sole item connected to an electric circuit, even though multiple outlets may share the same circuit. If adequate power is unavailable at your event location, we offer generator rentals as an alternative solution. For customers providing their own generators, we recommend a minimum power output of 3500 running watts per outlet required. Feel free to contact us for further details and assistance.
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience, including credit/debit cards, checks, and online payment platforms. Payment details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
We understand that plans may change, which is why we offer a transparent cancellation policy to provide peace of mind for our customers. All reservations must be secured with a non-refundable deposit, with the minimum deposit amount based on the total booking cost. For cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event date, customers will receive a voucher equal to the amount paid for their order, redeemable within one year. Living in a region prone to unpredictable weather patterns, we understand the need for flexibility in event planning. In the event of poor weather conditions on the day of your event, we offer vouchers for cancellations made on or before the event date. Vouchers are valid for one year and are dependent on item availability.
While we strive to accommodate our customers’ needs, there are instances where vouchers may not be applicable. These exclusions include circumstances such as lack of adequate electricity onsite, cancellations once our personnel or equipment are dispatched, unsuitable site conditions, or absence of an adult present to sign for
